By choosing our delivery service, you are investing in reliable delivery and a future worth living. Standard delivery via DHL GoGreen takes place from Monday to Saturday. Of course, we also deliver to your chosen DHL Packstation.
Delivery Area & Delivery Charges
Deliveries are made exclusively within Germany.
- Germany: €4.90 flat-rate delivery charge per order
Delivery Times & Lead Times
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, the delivery time within Germany is 1 to 3 working days (in the case of agreed prepayment, this is calculated from the time your payment instruction is received).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Returns
Delivery costs will not be refunded if you return products to us simply because you do not like them. In this case, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return.
Terms of payment
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following flexible and secure payment options:
1. Payment via Shopify Payments
The following payment methods are available via our payment service provider, Shopify Payments:

- Klarna (Pay Now, Purchase on Invoice, Instalments – subject to availability)

When paying via one of the payment methods offered by Shopify Payments, your account or credit card will be debited upon completion of the order or in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.
2. Prepayment by bank transfer
Simply and conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. Please find our bank details and the order number in the automatic order confirmation that you will receive by email after placing your order. The goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment into our account.
