We ship all orders within Germany in a climate-friendly way with DHL GoGreen. Shipping is a flat rate of €4.90 per order. Delivery to your preferred DHL Packstation is of course also possible. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. The best part: if you place your order on a business day before 2 pm, we will ship your parcel the same day! Please note that DHL does not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

You have a range of flexible and secure payment options. You can conveniently pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna (Pay Now, Pay Later or Installments) or PayPal. Alternatively, we also offer the traditional prepayment by bank transfer.

If you don't like the products you ordered, you can send them back to us. In this case, you bear the direct cost of return shipping. Please also note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded if you simply change your mind.
